It seems like every where I turn there's a recipe calling for bacon. Whether it's loaded baked potatoes or cupcakes. Yep. Even desserts have been fed the bacon koolaid. No. I don't think they have a bacon koolaid yet. Hopefully that's not next on the list. Anyway, I don't know too many people who haven't had bacon at least some point in their lives. And I've never met anyone who didn't like bacon. It's not an easy thing to give up when you're vegetarian, but it is do-able. Especially when you have some tasty and healthy alternatives, like Bacon-Flavored Slivered Almonds. So, bacon infused cookies? Bring it on!
