Extra-firm Tofu Olive oil Tamari (or soy sauce) Cornstarch Garlic powder Dried thyme Ground black pepper

What you need:

Press tofu then cut into cubes

Toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with cornstarch and seasoning.

Arrange in a single layer in a pan and bake until golden brown

Crispy baked tofu is ready to eat as soon as it cools slightly

Very nice recipe. I had them for lunch with quinoa and zucchini.
