Sauce Extra-firm tofu Plant-based milk Dill pickle juice Nutritional yeast flakes Vegetable oil Flour Baking powder Seasoning

What you need:

Make the special sauce. Cover and refrigerate.

Cut the tofu to create a round (ish) shape.

Dip tofu in plant-based milk mixture.

Dredge through the flour mixture.

Fry in a skillet until golden on both sides.

Serve with sauce and favorite toppings.
