How to cut
What you need:
Start with a fresh pineapple.
Cut off the top and bottom, then cut down to remove the skin.
Cut the pineapple in half. Cut the halves in half to create quarters.
Cut down the center to remove fibrous core.
Slice and cut into chunks. Serve or freeze chunks.
