Vegan green bean casserole is a yummy side dish with green beans in a creamy sauce, topped with crispy fried onions.

What You Need

Flour Vinegar Plant-based milk Salt & pepper Onion Vegetable oil Vegan butter Mushrooms Garlic Vegetable bouillion Vegan cheddar  Green beans Vegan parmesan

Cut an onion into thin strips

Marinate onions for 30 minutes. Then fry in a skillet

Add vegan milk to skillet with melted butter and flour

Add green beans and mushrooms. Simmer until thickened

Transfer to a casserole dish, top with fried onions, and bake
