Extra-firm Tofu Chickpeas Salt & Pepper Mustard Powder Fennel Seeds Smoked Paprika Garlic Powder Onion Powder Olive Oil Maple Syrup Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Beets Sun-Dried Tomatoes

What you need:

Press tofu to remove excess liquid. Slice and add to food processor.

Add remaining ingredients. Pulse until mostly smooth.

Spread the mixture into a prepared baking pan.

Use a small, round instrument to cut rounds.

Set pepperonis aside to cool. Make crumbles out of the extra pieces.
