Almond flour Cornstarch Coconut oil Maple syrup Medjool dates Almond butter Vanilla extract Sea salt Chocolate chips

What you need:

Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Press into a prepared pan and bake.

Pulse caramel ingredients in a food processor.

Spread caramel layer over cookie base. Then freeze.
