  • 3 - 5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups lemon juice chilled
  • 2 cups club soda chilled
  • 2 cups lemon sorbet
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish with lemon slices and basil sprigs


  • Combine sugar, water, and lemon juice in a pitcher and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate this until you're ready to serve.
  • When you're ready to serve the lemonade, add the club soda, sorbet, crushed ice and basil sprigs to the pitcher. Pour into individual glasses.
