1 cup tigernut flour ⅓ cup avocado oil (substitute olive oil or melted refined coconut oil) 1 teaspoon maple syrup ¼ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ cup plant-based milk
Combine tiger nut flour, vegetable oil, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
