This berry smoothie recipe makes a creamy, delicious, berry-infused smoothie. It's a perfect healthy breakfast or even an afternoon pick-me-up!
- 1 ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup frozen bananas , chopped
- 2 cups unsweetened soy milk
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Allow it to sit for a moment, to allow the frozen bananas to soften slightly.
Blend the ingredients until well combined. Check the consistency of your smoothie. If it's too thick, add a little more soy milk. If it's too thin, add some ice and pulse again.
If you need it to be sweeter, add sweetener, like Stevia, Agave Nectar, Maple Syrup, if necessary based on your preference for sweetness.
