Mixed Berry Smoothie

This vegan berry smoothie recipe makes a creamy, delicious, berry-infused smoothie. It's a perfect healthy breakfast or even an afternoon pick-me-up!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen bananas , chopped
  • 2 cups unsweetened soy milk

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Allow it to sit for a moment, to allow the frozen bananas to soften slightly. 
    Ingredients for a smoothie, including berries, are in the bottom of a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until well combined. Check the consistency of your smoothie. If it's too thick, add a little more soy milk. If it's too thin, add some ice and pulse again.

  • If you need it to be sweeter, add sweetener, like Stevia, Agave Nectar, Maple Syrup, if necessary based on your preference for sweetness.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
