Ingredients

  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • cup vegan sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish (the white part, finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Transfer to a lidded container like a mason jar, cover, and keep refrigerated. It will keep for up to 2 weeks.
  • Serve as a condiment on veggie burgers, sandwiches, salads, and more.
