½ cup vegan mayo ⅓ cup vegan sour cream 3 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish (the white part, finely chopped) 2 tablespoons chopped red onion 1 tablespoon white vinegar 2 teaspoons maple syrup 1 clove garlic salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
Transfer to a lidded container like a mason jar, cover, and keep refrigerated. It will keep for up to 2 weeks.
