Ingredients

  • 12 oz silken tofu (Use firm tofu for a firmer consistency)
  • 2 teaspoons syrup sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 probiotic capsule (optional)
  • optional: 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a food processor. Blend together until smooth and creamy.
    A food processor holds tofu and other ingredients. It sits beside an empty box of silken tofu.
  • Serve right away or place into an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. 
  • Take a taste test and add more sweetener if you like.

Notes

You can let the tofu yogurt sit in the fridge for a few minutes (up to overnight) for it to develop a more cultured flavor.
