Poured over mashed potatoes, biscuits, or veggies, vegan gravy makes your favorite plant-based comfort foods even better!

Vegan butter Flour Vegetable broth Nutritional yeast flakes Salt and Pepper 

What you need:

Cook vegan butter until melted

Sprinkle flour. Cook and stir until flour absorbs the butter

Stir in a cup of vegetable broth at a time

Add seasoning and cook until thickened

Serve over mashed potatoes

For breakfast, add veggie sausage and serve over biscuits
