Olive oil Onion Veggies (carrots, celery, etc) Garlic Tomato paste Vegan bouillon Diced tomatoes Noodles Bay leaves Spinach (fresh/frozen) Kidney beans (canned) Spices (basil + oregano) Salt + pepper to taste Lemon juice

What you need:

Cook onion and celery with olive oil in a pot

Add remaining veggies and cook to soften

Add tomatoes and bouillon (broth)
