Ingredients

  • cup vegan mayo (See notes to substitute olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar (substitute apple cider vinegar)
  • 3 tablespoons vegan honey
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together the mayo, mustards, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
A hand holds a bowl of honey, pouring it into a bowl with mayo and mustard.
  • Continue whisking until creamy.
A hand holds a spatula stirring a small bowl of mustard and honey.
  • Serve over salads, as a dip with veggies, and drizzled over veggie burgers.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Notes

To substitute olive oil, use extra virgin olive oil for the best flavor. Leave out the mayo and combine the mustards, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir this all together. Then, gradually whisk in 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Continue whisking until a light texture is achieved.
