Ingredients

  • 1 slice Ezekiel bread (substitute whole wheat bread)
  • 1 package Impossible Ground thawed (1 ½ pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce (substitute soy sauce)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the bread to the oven as it's preheating to toast it. Set the timer for 5 minutes and keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. Once the bread is toasted, set it aside to cool. Then crumble it into pieces.
  • Add impossible ground to a large bowl. Add the seasonings and bread crumbs. Stir until combined.
