Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the bread to the oven as it's preheating to toast it. Set the timer for 5 minutes and keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. Once the bread is toasted, set it aside to cool. Then crumble it into pieces.
Add impossible ground to a large bowl. Add the seasonings and bread crumbs. Stir until combined.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.
Roll into balls and place them on a prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
