Mix the Base: In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine the oats, chia seeds, and protein powder. Stir together. Add milk and yogurt. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed. Spoon a little bit into the bottom of two serving glasses/jars.
Make Raspberry Jam: Gently stir together raspberries, chia seeds, and maple syrup. (If using frozen raspberries, thaw them first)
Create Layers: Spoon a little bit of the oats into the bottom of two serving glasses/jars. Spoon some of the raspberry jam over the oats base. Repeat with the remaining oats and then top with the remaining chia jam.
Chill Overnight: Cover the jars with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours, up to overnight, to allow the oats to soften and the chia seeds to thicken.
