Key Ingredients

You can find the full printable recipe, including ingredient quantities, below. But first, here are some explanations of ingredients and steps to help you make this recipe perfect every time.

  • Plant-based Patties — You can use Impossible patties, Beyond Beef Patties, or whatever vegan veggie burger patties you have. If you’re using plant-based grounds, you’ll want to form it into three or four equally-sized patties.
  • Salt and Pepper — We’ll sprinkle the top of the patties with salt and pepper before flipping them.
  • Hamburger Buns — You’ll need four hamburger buns or serve these patties as a lettuce wrap. It works either way.
  • Favorite Toppings — Add your favorite toppings, such as vegan cheese slices, vegan mayo, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, and more. For a special touch, add some vegan Big Mac sauce.
