Instructions

  • Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl add coconut oil, peanut butter, syrup, and cocoa powder. Stir and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds.Repeat until the ingredients are melted together and thoroughly heated, but not boiling.

      Hi Cindy! No oven required for these cookies. They’re no-bake cookies – so once you heat up the ingredients in the microwave and stir them together, simply drop them on a prepared pan (I like to line a pan with parchment or waxed paper) and let them set. Then they’re ready to eat!
