Ingredients

  • 6 pears peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring it to a boil and then reduce heat to medium-low heat.
