Strawberry Banana Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 ½ cups ice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) See note if using frozen strawberries.

Instructions

  • Add the milk, banana, protein powder, and ice to a blender. Blend on low until mostly broken down. Scrape down sides of the blender jar. Gradually increase blending speed until the mixture is smooth.

  • Pour half of this mixture into a bowl. Stir in the matcha powder.
