What you need:
Peel ripe bananas and cut into slices.
Freeze in a single layer for at least 2 hours.
Add frozen bananas to a blender. Let them sit for a bit to soften slightly.
Add maple syrup. Pulse on low then scrape with a rubber spatula.
Pulse on high until smooth.
Follow the same process using a food processor.
Add other ingredients to change up the flavors.
